Optimum Recoveries is the representative of a firm that is seeking to resolve a debt you have incurred. You need to pay this debt in full within the time frame nominated within the letter.

If you cannot pay this debt, you may have the option of entering into a payment arrangement to pay down the debt in instalments if our client is satisfied you can service the arrangement within a suitable timeframe.

If our client accepts a payment arrangement we will send you acknowledgement of the arrangement, which sets out the amount of each instalment you have to pay, the timing of each payment and the length of the arrangement.
