How to Pay Your Account

Direct Deposit  
Payments can be deposited directly to Optimum Recoveries bank account, either by:

  • EFT: using your existing internet banking arrangement, or
  • By visiting any ANZ Bank branch and quoting the following account details;

Please be sure to quote your Optimum Recoveries reference number to ensure correct allocation to your account. Failure to include a reference number may result in payment being recorded incorrectly.

Cheque or Money Order
You can post your cheque or money order made payable to:

Please quote your Optimum Recoveries reference number & name to ensure correct allocation to your account

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account prior to issuing cheques to Optimum Recoveries. Dishonoured cheques will incur a fee of $35.00 for each dishonour, payable by the issuer of the cheque. Your banking institution will also charge you fees. If a cheque is dishonoured the creditor may list these details with a Credit Reporting Agency – this information will stay on your credit file for a period of five years and impact your future credit.)
