With more than 40 years’ combined experience, Optimum is an experienced team of qualified credit management service professionals.

Director Angela McDonald is a credit, commercial litigation and regulatory compliance manager with experience across Australia and New Zealand. She has held strategic leadership and advisory roles in the telecommunications, recruitment and debt recovery industries and possesses solid communication and relationship management skills, important attributes for successful debt recovery. Angela is a former Councilor for the Australian Institute of Credit Management (NSW), a member of the Australian Institute of Management and is a Licensed Commercial Agent.
